Frankfurt am Main, March 28, 2025
Deutsche Bank (XETRA: DBKGn.DB / NYSE: DB) will commence its share repurchase program, announced on January 30, on April 1, 2025. Upon completion of this program of up to € 750 million, and shareholder acceptance of management’s proposed dividend for 2024 of € 0.68 per share, the bank will return more than € 2.1 billion in capital to its shareholders this year. This would bring cumulative capital distributions to shareholders to a total of € 5.4 billion since 2022.
