Fixed Income/Equities/Foreign Exchange/Commodities: Foreign exchange and part of money markets/repos are operated by Deutsche Bank, Tokyo Branch. Other businesses are operated by Deutsche Securities Inc.
Corporate Coverage and Mergers & Acquisitions in Corporate Finance are operated by Deutsche Securities Inc. Real Estate Financing and Asset Finance and Investment services are offered through Deutsche Bank AG, Tokyo Branch.
Transaction Banking: Operated by Deutsche Bank, Tokyo Branch, except for a portion of its corporate trust services. In accordance with the relevant Japanese laws and regulations, corporate trust services are provided by Deutsche Bank, Tokyo Branch and DB Trust Company Limited Japan.
Deutsche Bank, Tokyo Branch provides the following services:
- domestic corporate bond custodial services
- yen-denominated foreign bond custodial services
- fiscal agency services
- issuing and debt servicing and other services.
DB Trust Company Limited Japan provides the following services:
- trustee and related services,
- bond registry services,
- agency services for collection and execution of obligation, including cash management of special-purpose companies
Asset Management is conducted by Deutsche Asset Management (Japan) Limited.
Private Wealth Management is provided by Deutsche Securities Inc. and the Tokyo Branch of Deutsche Bank, offering securities and banking products and services respectively.
