Equities
The Deutsche Bank Group’s Equities franchise is a pre-eminent player in the financial services sector globally. We are the leading equities house in Europe, enjoying the No.1 market share in both the UK and Germany and we have the No.1 market share on the NYSE in Program Trading.
In Japan, Deutsche Securities Inc. became a full member of the Tokyo Stock Exchange in 1988, and of the Osaka Securities Exchange in 1991. The equities business has steadily expanded since then, posting strong growth in recent years. Today it is a leader in Japan in a wealth of areas, including index-linked notes, convertible bonds, program trading services and transition management for pension fund clients.
Our equities business is highly regarded both domestically and abroad for competitive pricing, reliable execution capabilities, risk management and high-quality research. It has considerable expertise in the structuring of derivative products.
We are particularly proud of our track record in equity research where Deutsche Bank is consistently ranked among the top research houses by Japan's leading financial newspaper, the Nikkei Financial Daily, and by industry publications such as Institutional Investor.
